Business/Corporate Events
 The High Country Inn is a full-service country inn and catering service, located five miles outside of Orofino, Idaho, on the way to Dworshak Dam, Ahsahka, Idaho. The inn is equipped to host business/corporate seminars, workshops, and classes in a beautiful setting away from the sounds of city or highway.
Included in the inn’s amenities is a large Great Room which can host up to fifty
participants, with facilities for media and computers.
Overnight accommodations are available for several guests at a time:
At the Inn:
 Moose Room w/bath Queen bed- Fish Room w/bath Queen bed
- Two Queen- sized leather sofa beds (in Great Room, shared bath)
New Cabins in 2005:
- Texas Lone Star - Queen bed with twin bed in loft above
- Yellow Rose of Texas - Queen bed with twin bed in loft above
- Gone Fishin' Cabin - Sleeps up to 11, with variety of doubles, bunks, and futon beds
Silver Room for overflow
 Main House guest room - Private queen bedroom/ bath with its own entrance located in host’s home a short walk up the driveway. |
An outdoor new Hot Springs spa is available for all overnight guests, as well as an indoor spa in the main house. Spa towels and robes are provided for guests to use for hot tub visits.

The High Country Inn is a full-service dining facility, providing three meals
and/or snack service, as well as a complete wine and beer bar.
In hosting professional workshops, seminars, and classes, we are equipped to
offer gourmet dining, training space, outdoor areas for breaks or walks, as
well as overnight accommodations for several persons.
 During
warm weather, the outside deck and sunken garden are great relaxing spots, with
tables, umbrellas, and a fine view.
If overnight accommodations are used for government employees, a special rate to fit
government state and federal guidelines will be used, making allowance for use of the facilities
for training and meals.
Meals:
Full breakfast - $7.50 - $10: Includes a complete menu of breakfast favorites.
Continental breakfast or mid-morning snack - $3 person: Includes muffins, cinnamon
rolls, or fruit breads, coffee, tea, juice
Lunch - from $10-$12: Includes entrée, salad or soup, drink, dessert
Mid-afternoon snack - $3.00 person: Includes homemade cookies, snack mix or nuts,
lemonade, iced tea, coffee
Dinner - $15-$25: Includes deluxe salad or soup, full dinner, dessert, beverage.

Government rates can also be applied for groups who are on per diem.
 The inn is proud that it can accommodate visitors with full meal service, as it saves about an hour traveling time to go into Orofino and back. Our food is of the finest quality, with deluxe service ware and linens, served with warm hospitality.
Guests are able to see into the state-of-the-art professional kitchen as meals are being prepared, and are welcome for a "tour.".
